Contractor / Builder

When you need it built, I build it.

I have been back in software creation since the language models made it practical again, after a 15 year break, and I am much more of an agentic team manager than a coder. I architect Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, serverless sub-agents on Google Cloud, and the deterministic tools around them. The point is that the work your staff does by hand every day gets done by a system.

Scope a Build

Enterprise AI Prototypes & Agentic Systems

Prototype first. A working thing your team can react to beats a requirements document every time. New software takes days and weeks now instead of years, so we build the small version, put it in front of the people who will use it, and find out.

Data Architecture for Agents

Agents need real context. I design the data foundation and expose your platform data to AI through MCP, so the agent works from facts your systems already hold instead of guessing.

Outsource to Insource Rhythm

A healthy company outsources early to build a capability and insources later to own it. I work side by side with your team through the hand-off, so the knowledge ends up in your building and not in mine.

Deterministic Tooling

A lot of the time folks build an agent where they should have built a tool. When a workflow has to be reliable, I build a deterministic tool you can test, measure and maintain, and save the language model for the parts that need judgment.
